An analytical person by nature, Darren Coleman has always focused on the strategies that support specific outcomes. “The difference is always in the details,” says Coleman as he shares his keen insight for his personal and professional success. Darren Coleman, CEO of the Daco Group, LLC, has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of marketing strategy, business development, project management, training, and personal development.

The Daco Group is an Atlanta based consulting firm that focuses on helping organizations translate their corporate vision into a clear and measurable action plan. The company also specializes in leveraging resources to successfully implement and manage project plans. Mr. Coleman and the Daco Group have consulted on projects domestically with small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and internationally with organizations in Caribbean and African countries. 

Mr. Coleman expertly develops, implements, and manages marketing strategies in a variety of industries. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Botswana American Chamber of Commerce, which has led several international trade missions to Africa promoting economic development. 

For several years early in his career, Mr. Coleman traveled and worked with one of the nation's top motivational speakers, Mr. Les Brown. Today, like his mentor, Mr. Coleman is a highly sought after trainer, speaker and workshop facilitator. He has guest spoken at several colleges and Universities and in 2014 was an executive coach and guest speaker supporting the National Black MBA Association’s (NBMBAA) annual convention.

Mr. Coleman is an advisory board member for several non-profit organizations and has been instrumental in raising funds for the donation of scholarships to underprivileged children, as well as having led several youth empowerment trips to Africa. He is also a Veteran, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Global Management degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. When he’s not traveling the world, Mr. Coleman enjoys spending his free time at home with his wife and their three beautiful children.
